Jessica is the powerhouse behind the Law Office of Jessica Lynn Silva, PLLC, an estate planning and probate law firm handling all of Florida with offices in Tampa and Satellite Beach. Recognized as Brevard County’s Best Estate Planning Attorney, WPN Tampa’s 40 Women to Watch, and honored in Marquis America’s Who’s Who and as a Marquis Top Attorney, she has built her career helping families protect what matters most. With over 25 years in law spanning roles as a Paralegal, Judge’s Judicial Assistant, Mediator, and seasoned Estate Planning and Probate Attorney Jessica knows how to assist with setting up for success.
Her law practice covers the full spectrum of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Preneed Guardianships, Probate Administration, Trust Administration, and Curatorship statewide yet she’s not just about documents she’s about peace of mind, purpose, and legacy.
Outside the legal arena, Jessica empowers attorneys and service-based entrepreneurs to launch and scale firms and brands that are not only profitable, but purpose-driven. Drawing on her own entrepreneurial journey, she helps clients cut through the noise, install smart systems, and step boldly into the CEO seat with clarity and confidence their first 90 days.
Born in Fort Walton Beach and raised in a military family, Jessica married a U.S. Air Force officer (now retired) and spent years as a military spouse moving, raising three kids, and often holding down the fort solo. Today, she’s also a proud grandmother of three, still cheering for others while embracing her own next chapters.
When she’s not serving clients or coaching entrepreneurs, you’ll find Jessica interior decorating, modeling, lending her voice to voiceover work, connecting individuals, or giving back to her community.
At her core, Jessica believes your legacy isn’t just what you leave behind it’s also how boldly you live each day and the impact and imprint you have on others.
